Event co-ordination with Adriana & Isabella in the lead-up to the event was superb, and on the night Julio was excellent. The venue was fabulous, and the room styling and catering was above expectations. Very happy with the event of 250+ people.
It was a great success!  Adriana, you went over and beyond, as did Julio on the night. Nothing was ever a problem or a hassle for your or your team, and last minute requests which you dealt with in your usual calm manner!
Following the REINSW training event held this week at the Epping Club, we just wanted to thank you and all your team for helping to make it such a success. We received many comments about the quality of the venue itself, and in particular about the standard of the food served.

In addition to this creating a great impression for our attendees, the other stand-out for us was the level of service from you and your team. Everything ran exactly as per the event sheet, enabling us to focus on our guests without having to worry about any of the room management or catering details.

We really appreciate the effort everyone put into the day, and would appreciate you passing on our thanks to the back of house and kitchen staff as well as those who we had contact with.

We are currently travelling all round NSW to deliver the training, and this has been one of the best venues so far by a long way.

The Catholic Healthcare events went very well and the trainers and participants really enjoyed the Epping Club.

We had a nice experience at Epping, who accommodated all our requests. Especially the staff, everyone was so professional and provided great service.

Everything went very well. Chad always looks after us well and all of the wait staff were great.

The food was delicious and I had a few compliments about both the duck and salmon main courses and also the pistachio brûlée was a hit.

Best wishes to everyone at the club who make it a great place to visit and a pleasant experience to organise an event at. Other places we hold events it doesn’t always go as smoothly as it always does at The Epping Club.

Booking and organising the event with you Adriana was quick and easy.

Conferences packages that you have are great, good choice of menus and affordable.

Planning in the lead up, with the layout etc was easy to do.

Parking on site and proximity to the train station is great.

The venue itself – clean, spacious, luxurious – with the chandelier etc in the entrance, looks great as you walk in.

Room was a good size and laid out well with pens, notepads and water already on the table. All the AV etc worked smoothly.

Charlie was efficient and easy to contact on the day.  He responded promptly and was able to assist with all queries in a timely way.

Food was great and timed well with us.  All tastes were catered for and the attendees were very impressed.

For me, it made my day less stressful knowing that the room was set up, the food was prepped and served and Charlie was on hand to assist if needed. 

This is the third event I have had here.  I have hosted events at other locations, as I work across NSW.  I love when I have have an event in Sydney and come to the Epping Club.  Thankyou so much to all the team who were involved in making this a very successful day.

I can only say that this was one of the most smooth and efficient meetings we have had.

Everything worked out extremely well from the initial preparation with Adriana, and later with the rest of the team.

Nicky and her team did a great job, and she just was very attentive all the time to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Also. everybody was extremely friendly. Everybody mentioned that the food was great, so a please pass a big "thank you to the chef".

We have held several of these events at Epping Club before COVID but this was the first time we had beverage and food inside rather than in the outside room. I think this was a great choice and allow everybody to have more interaction at the tables and facilitated networking.

I just wanted to pass on how impressed I was with one of your event team members, Nicky, who looked after us.
 
She always had a happy, helpful persona from the beginning of the day right to the very end.
 
I was very surprised that she popped in around 4.15pm just to make sure that I was ok with how the day ran. I don’t recall having anyone do that in my 14 years in this role and I conduct seminars all over NSW and the ACT.  
 
I was impressed that a number of my requests were dealt with promptly and no fuss.
